I have over 20 years hands-on experience in the Twin Cities real estate market. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). and also have the prestigous GRI, e-Pro, and CDPE designations.

The CRS designation is awarded to REALTORS® who have met experience and volume requirements, and undergone a rigorous specialized course of detailed training aimed at making residential transactions as smooth and worry-free as possible. Only 4% of all REALTORS® have earned the right to be called a CRS.

The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute GRI designation is awarded to Realtors® who have completed course in real estate practice, such as law, appraisal, taxes, and contracts.

Having completed the e-PRO® coursework I am trained to use the most advanced real estate technology to provide my clients exceptional service.

Earning the prestigious Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation, required completing extensive training in foreclosure avoidance and short sales. This is invaluable expertise to offer at a time when areas are still experiencing “distressed” homes in the foreclosure process.
